Using a private/personal Server while carrying on official business...
Classified documents,(emails) sent or received on such a Server...
But Topsecret messages? I think that is doubtful...
And that topgrade material goes out in encrypted fashion,or that has been my understanding these many years...Was that merely done by the Armed Forces?
